Employee: Melissa Jett 

Position: Customer Success Manager

My name is Melissa Jett and my friends call me Lissa. I have been here about a month now working in the Service Department as a Customer Success Manager. I am loving my new career and work family so far! It is pretty innovative what we do here and not to mention, robots are pretty cool! I have bartended for several years and managed retail shops for several more. I studied American Signed Language and deaf culture at Portland Community College during the pandemic, so that was super fun. If you know any sign or want to learn, let me know!

               I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first child and am expecting a little boy. My partner and I are thrilled with this new addition to our family, and his daughter Khaleesi is very excited, but was hoping for a sister. We spend most of our spare time getting ready for baby nowadays. We love playing all different types of games like cards, Quarkle, Xbox, and putting puzzles together. I love going on hikes and camping. Being outdoors, in the sunshine, traveling, and in natural water is what makes my soul smile. I love being around people and making new friends. Doing home improvement projects is something that never leaves my agenda. I love keeping a happy functional home and cannot wait for our new addition to be here to share in those memories.

Robotic Palletizing for HSCs and RSCs

This robotic palletizing cell features automatic pallet dispensing, and a FANUC robot with a custom fork tool, designed to handle both HSCs and RSCs. An intuitive HMI with a pallet configuration tool supports operation, changeovers and troubleshooting, and the cell is also equipped with Remote Access capability.
